One person, the whole stack.
Product thinking and the data model. The backend, the frontend, the mobile app. Payments, infrastructure, and the admin panel somebody actually has to use on Monday morning.
I ship one codebase to web, Android and iOS where that makes sense — and split it into separate apps where it doesn't. A rider app and a passenger app are not the same product wearing different colours, so they aren't built that way.

Getting there, on two wheels or four
The whole ride-hailing stack, built and run in-house: a passenger app for booking, a rider app for the person driving, live tracking on the web, and a master admin panel over all of it. Address search only offers places a rider can actually reach, and the fare is quoted from real road distance and ETA before the trip starts.
